The opportunity
The Senior Director of Global Pricing, Value & Access will be responsible for supporting global pricing, access and value strategies to maximize patient access and long-term value for Teva’s neurology and immunology portfolio of medicines - translating scientific innovation into long-term brand and business value.
This role is accountable for driving the global value proposition, value story, dossiers and access and pricing strategies. The incumbent will participate in and influence cross-functional teams, collaborating with global markets to ensure commercial success and payer alignment.
This position can be based in the US (Parsippany), the Netherlands (Haarlem) or the UK. (In the UK, it can be based remotely.)
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Approximately up to 20% travel to support key meetings and cross-functional planning.
How you’ll spend your day
1. Strategic Leadership: Define and implement global pricing, access, and value strategies for key innovative medicines.
2. Value Proposition Development: Craft early value narratives and payer messaging to guide evidence generation and support successful reimbursement.
3. Evidence Alignment: Partner with Medical Affairs and Clinical Development to ensure payer-relevant data informs clinical programs and enhances access potential.
4. Dossier & HTA Support: Lead development of global value dossiers and support HTA submissions for launch assets.
5. Pricing Governance: Establish pricing corridors, manage international reference pricing, and secure governance approvals.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent Market Access in asset and brand strategy teams, ensuring integrated access planning.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with affiliates and engage with external experts, payers, and healthcare stakeholders to communicate product value and shape market access environments.
Your experience and qualifications
8. Advanced degree (PhD, MBA, MS, MPH, or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Pharmacy.
9. A minimum of 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including a minimum of 5 years in pricing, market access, or HEOR leadership roles.
10. Proven success in global or regional market access, with deep understanding of payer landscapes, HTA processes, and value-based pricing models.
11. Experience in Tier 1 markets (US and EU5) required; specialty or rare disease experience preferred.
12. Strong background in Neurology and/or Immunology highly desirable.
13. Exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, and communication; ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in complex, global settings.
