We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company.
* Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
* Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for staff and clients.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including document creation and spreadsheet management.
* Support financial operations by using QuickBooks for invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks.
* Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
Skills
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Proven data entry experience with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
* Clerical experience that demonstrates capability in managing office tasks efficiently.
