A day in the life of…
This role will see you work closely Aimbridge's passionate team of Regional HR Directors, General Managers and central corporate teams in multiple, exciting hotel locations across UK and Ireland to deliver a broad range of key HR Admin support.
You will support in the accurate processing of and compliance with all things HR, includig: legislation relating to payroll, recruitment and training.
You’ll also focus on delivering the a first class service level to our business. This will involve HR Administration support of colleagues, enhancing colleague engagement, and delivering both Aimbridge and brand operating procedures including all of our own mandatory regulations.
What do we need from you?
* We work in a people centred sector, so You'll need be a great communicator who’s looking to build relationships with our hotel General Managers and internal teams through email, phone calls and online meetings.
* Hospitality can be a constantly changing and busy environment, so experience in a fast-paced HR, Recruitment or administration role would be key.
* This role can see you deal with different employee relations queries, so you’ll need to be able to communicate professionally and courteously with a range of different stakeholders from different backgrounds.
* Compliance is key in the work we do, so you'll to have great attention to detail with experience working across multiple complex documents.
