Due to our continued growth as a business, we are excited to be recruiting for a new role of Graphic Designer/Artworker.
The role of the Graphic Designer/Artworker will be key in creating, updating, and managing various marketing and customer communication materials.
The role will support the business in visually communicating its services and value proposition, ensuring all designs align with brand standards and commercial goals.
The position is offered on a full time, permanent basis with hybrid working; working from home 3 days per week and attending our Slough site 2 days per week - subject to business needs.
Your new role
* Designing and updating product catalogues, brochures, flyers, direct mailers and point of sale materials
* Creating and maintaining product information sheets and technical specification documents
* Designing visual assets for the company website, including banners, downloadable content, and landing page graphics
* Designing creative assets for internal comms campaigns, such as HR initiatives, health & safety updates, or employee engagement programmes
* Producing layouts for the internal company newsletter and corporate presentations
* Designing user guides, installation instructions, how-to posters, and onboarding materials for customers
* Developing brand guidelines and include examples of application across different formats and applications
* Working closely with marketing, HR, and operations teams to understand needs and deliver creative solutions
* Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
We are looking for candidates who have 2-3 years experience working as a Graphic Designer/Artworker, ideally within B2B or in a service-oriented organisation.
You will need to possess advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), have a solid understanding of layout, typography and print production processes and experience of designing for email, including banners and newsletter templates.
As a person, you will need to be approachable, able to work both collaboratively and independently, possess excellent communication skills in English - our business language, and are able to remain calm under pressure.
You will need proof of Right to Work in the UK.
