My client is a leading contract caterer based in a very busy and dynamic site based in Surrey. Counting some of the world's biggest brands amongst their portfolio of clients the service that is offered is second to none and the hospitality offered to Clients and Directors is no different.
A Hospitality & Events Supervisor vacancy has arisen with the offer to work within the catering team looking after the hospitality which consists of meeting and conference rooms which vary in size and can offer everything from a simple tea and coffee tray to sandwich/finger buffets or large scale events.
This is a very operational role where you will be hands-on liaising with the clients regarding requirements and executing delivery while helping to lead the team.
Ideal Candidate for Hospitality & Events Supervisor
As the Hospitality & Events Supervisor, a key part of your role will be to assist in the management and growth of the Hospitality Department
Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
You will have a successful background in working in exceptional food catering services within Education, B&I or Hotels sector. With previous experience working in a fast-paced environment supervising and motivating a team as well as supporting with service standards in catering, hospitality and events.
You will have a flexible attitude towards hours and working tasks.
Customer experience are at the heart of this company and I am keen to speak with individuals with experience in a similar environment who are innovative, ambitious and enthusiastic about developing with this exciting company as they grow.
The successful candidate must be able to think on their feet and be able to communicate at all levels. You will be expected to meet and exceed customer needs & expectations quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality service.
