Job Description
WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
* Ensure customers receive an efficient and enjoyable customer experience and that their service and value expectations are exceeded.
* Monitor staff performance, conduct appraisals, recognize training needs, and develop potential.
* Be passionate about the Coffee Bar operation and stay informed about new industry concepts and trends that could enhance the current offer.
* Encourage staff to develop their skills and seek out new trends.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
* Previous management experience in a hospitality environment, ideally in a high-end restaurant or 4* or 5* hotel.
* Experience in creating a successful and thriving work environment.
* Excellent supervisory and communication skills.
* Good delegation and influencing skills.
* A genuine passion for food and customer service.
