Ecosurety are looking for a personable, accurate and well organised HR Advisor, to support our HR team in providing a dynamic, people centred HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle through responsive support, accurate data, and a focus on continuous improvement. Job Description Act as the primary contact for managers and employees, providing clear advice aligned to policy, best practice and employment law. Prepare and support delivery of monthly HR reports and management information whilst maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. Process starters, leavers and contractual changes in line with internal procedures. Support and progress employee relation matters (absence, performance, probation, disciplinary and grievance), escalating where appropriate. Regularly review HR policies and handbooks to ensure compliance with UK employment legislation. Support employee engagement and wellbeing activity, including surveys, communications and events. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement, streamlining processes and improving service delivery. Person Specification Demonstrable experience in an HR Advisor role. CIPD qualification (or working towards it). Expert knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment legislation. High level of compliance to processes and attention to detail Effective communicator; confident with building relationships and the ability to influence at all levels Strong organisational and IT skills (confident using Excel to analyse and report on HR data effectively) The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
