Job Description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Recruiter to join our team here at Home Instead Clacton, Frinton and Walton.
As the Recruiter you will proactively source, select and build a pipeline of high quality, engaged Caregivers. You will deliver a responsive end to end recruitment service that incorporates a great candidate experience.
Reporting directly to our Head of People you will:
1. Manage all aspects of recruitment activity ensuring compliance with legislation, regulators and Franchise Standards.
2. Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns online and within the local community.
3. Use a variety of sources to proactively find, encourage and produce high quality candidates.
4. Develop and maintain our approach to recruiting on social media by generating interesting, innovative and timely content.
5. Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
6. Research, plan and successfully execute regular community events including attending recruitment fairs, exhibitions and any other appropriate events.
7. Support candidate selection activities.
8. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of recruitment related information using the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
9. Utilise recruitment data to make informed decisions regarding recruitment approach.
10. Implement and maintain an Employee Referral Scheme tailored to our CAREGivers.
11. Achieve targeted recruitment figures.
12. Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities policy, in respect of employment and service delivery.
We are looking for someone who has:
13. A good track record of delivering a responsive end to end recruitment service including candidate screening and selection.
14. Experience in recruitment marketing with a good knowledge of preparing and managing recruitment campaigns including the use of social media.
15. A good understanding of legislation relating to recruitment including Enhanced Criminal Record checks, referencing and Right to Work checks.
16. Confidence and self-motivation with the ability to build and maintain strong positive community relationships to promote the opportunities available at Home Instead.
17. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
18. The ability to prioritise effectively with good organisation skills.
19. A good working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
20. The skills to work well both individually and as part of the wider team.
Salary: £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
