Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons across the relevant Key Stages.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
* Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain accurate records of student attainment and progress.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical discussion, research, and analysis within Psychology.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the department and across the school.
* Contribute to the development of the Psychology curriculum.
* Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
