Your responsibilities will include:
* Running a 360 desk in A&F expertise
* Develop and implement effective individual business and sales plans
* Scheduling Interviews between candidates and clients
* Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
* Conducting thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
* Providing expert guidance and advice to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
