48 hours per week based on 8 shifts
About you:
We are recruiting for a talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef who is passionate about food preparation. You would have excellent eye for detail for every plate that you prepare. Be a Team player and be able to lead by example.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and create innovative and delicious dishes, ensuring they complement the overall dining experience
* Maintain a clean and organised work station, adhering to strict hygiene standards
* Work effectively as part of the Senior Leadership Team; effectively manage and develop Junior Chefs.
* Contribute to the development of new dessert ideas and specials.
* Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a fine dining environment
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Commitment to delivering exceptional quality
* Proficiency in culinary arts, food production, and kitchen management
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
