They are now seeking a commercially minded and creatively driven Head of Marketing to lead brand and audience strategy across a diverse portfolio of music and cultural brands, including several highly respected venues and a major new launch project.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong executional capability and experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced consumer environments.
The Opportunity
Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading overarching marketing and brand strategy across multiple music and entertainment brands
* Managing and developing a team of Marketing Managers across venues and projects
* Overseeing content, creative, and design output to ensure high-quality campaigns and consistent brand positioning
* Driving audience growth, ticket sales, customer engagement, and long-term brand demand
* Leading paid media, CRM, and audience development strategyEnsuring each brand maintains a clear identity, tone of voice, and market positioning
* Developing scalable marketing systems, reporting frameworks, and operational processes
* Partnering closely with senior leadership on business growth, expansion opportunities, and new launches
About the Candidate
Our client is looking for someone who:
* Brings significant senior-level marketing experience within music, entertainment, nightlife, hospitality, live events, or cultural sectors
* Has a proven track record of building culturally relevant brands that also deliver strong commercial performance
* Has experience leading multidisciplinary marketing, content, and creative teams
* Can operate strategically while remaining hands‑on and detail‑focused
* Understands audience behaviour, digital marketing ecosystems, and modern discovery trends
* Demonstrates excellent creative judgement and strong brand instincts
* Can balance short‑term commercial objectives with long‑term brand building
* Is collaborative, influential, and confident working cross‑functionally
* Has experience coaching and developing teams within high‑performance environments
* Marketing live music venues, festivals, clubs, or ticketed events
* Strong knowledge of music and nightlife culture
* Experience supporting venue launches, new concepts, or expansion projects
