Responsibilities
The Head Teacher is looking to take on an experienced GCSE English Teacher on a Long‑Term basis until the end of the academic year. The successful GCSE English Teacher will be teaching students in a subject they are passionate about, inspiring them to study at a higher level thereafter. The role will be paramount in helping learners achieve excellent results while following and implementing the schemes of learning.
Qualifications
* A first‑class or 2:1 degree in English
* QTS, PGCE or DTTLS and experience in a further educational environment
* Experience teaching young people in a diverse setting
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills
* SEND and safeguarding experience is desirable
