As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Asset Management Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL.
Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Candidates should have experience with the following: Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver for UI testing across web applications. Drive API testing initiatives using Postman, including automation of test suites and integration with CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards, test strategies, and release criteria for enterprise-grade software. Monitor test coverage, performance, and reliability metrics to ensure high-quality releases and rapid feedback loops.

Pay Transparency. Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $158,700.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
