Youll bring strong fine dining experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality ensuring smooth daily service and an outstanding guest experience within a distinctive hotel and countryside setting.
Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations across breakfast, dinner, Sunday lunch and special events
Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver consistent, high-level service
Work closely with the Head Chef on menus, specials and seamless kitchen coordination
Oversee reservations, staffing, and guest flow to maximise efficiency and guest satisfaction
Maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation and ambience across all dining areas
Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations
Support private hire events and special functions as needed
Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining restaurant management
Strong leadership and people development skills
Excellent communication and guest service standards
Good financial awareness budgeting, cost control and forecasting
Highly organised with the ability to multitask under pressure
Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards
Hospitality or F&B management qualification preferred
WSET Qualifications Level 2-3
