Job Title: Administrator
Location: Leicester (Hybrid – must be based in Leicestershire)
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Contract: Ongoing temporary assignment, immediate start
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy public sector department in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to provide vital business support in a professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:

Provide general office administration including filing, document sorting and record-keeping.

Handle incoming telephone enquiries and liaise with customers, colleagues, and external contacts.

Maintain and update documentation on the CRM system, supporting compliance and governance requirements.
*
Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks and business support duties.
About You:
*
Previous administration or business support experience is essential.
*
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
*
Proficient IT skills, including experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
*
Must be based within Leicestershire to meet the hybrid working requirements.
