What You Will Be Doing
* Create and answer technical questions about software engineering concepts, coding best practices, and debugging strategies to help train AI models.
* Review and evaluate code generated by AI in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, Rust, and C++.
* Analyze code quality, maintainability, and adherence to real-world engineering standards.
* Provide expert-level feedback on version control workflows, collaborative coding practices, and debugging techniques.
What We’re Looking For
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, STEM, or a related field (from top 200 global institutions preferred).
* Programming Expertise: Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, Rust, or C++.
* Industry Experience: Hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade software repositories.
* Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git (or similar), including branching, merging, and collaborative workflows.
* Problem Solving: Proven ability to conduct code reviews, debug complex issues, and analyze large codebases.
* Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical feedback and best practices in English.
