IT Support Analyst - 1st / 2nd Line - 6 month contract
Synchro are hiring for an IT Support Analyst to play a key role in delivering first and second line support across an established, large and successful organisation with users across the UK & Ireland. This is a hands-on, dynamic role supporting business systems, users, and IT projects in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be a blend of 1st/2nd line, supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune & end-user devices (Windows, iOS, Android). You will maintain IT assets, hardware, and vendor relationships and assist with IT projects and continuous improvement
What's required;
• Prior experience in IT support
• Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft environments (Azure/Intune desirable)
• Proactive, organised, and customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
Role Summary
Role: IT Support Analyst - 1st/2nd Line
Location: Dereham, Norfolk
Contract: 6 months initially
Rate: £150 - £200 per day
