Teaching Assistant – Primary & Secondary Schools
Location: Crawley and nearby areas
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time (flexible days available)
Pay: £89.05 – £110 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting pupils during lessons and helping them stay engaged
* Assisting teachers with classroom tasks and routines
* Creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for learning
* Working flexibly across different schools and age groups
* Encouraging pupils to build confidence and reach their potential
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people (in schools, youth work, care, etc.)
* A patient, positive and adaptable attitude
* Confidence to work in different school settings
* A genuine interest in education and helping young people
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
