The Projects and Change Manager will lead and deliver medium to large-scale technology and business process change projects, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with organisational objectives. The role will focus on digital transformation initiatives, system implementations, and process optimisation, while embedding change management principles across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-focused projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to budget.
2. Champion organisational change initiatives, working collaboratively with business stakeholders to redesign and optimise processes where required.
3. Develop comprehensive project and change management plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
4. Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business units, and external partners, ensuring effective and transparent communication.
