Job Overview
We are seeking someone / a team to undertake work on a full time basis to convert loft conversions in the Surrey / Berkshire area.
The applicant must have experience in loft conversions and be able to work to architectural plans, the work will include -
Fitting steel beams
Fitting floor joists
Building Dormers
Installing rafters
Insulating
Plasterboard
Fitting staircase
Fitting UPVC Windows / doors
Second fix carpentry
The applicant must be able to drive and have their own van and driving license.
Day rate or price can be agreed before each project is undertaken.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £150.00-£250.00 per day
