Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Details:
* Hours: 9am to 5.15pm
* Work arrangement: Hybrid
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
