The Role
As part of the Wootton Hall service team, you will help deliver beautifully executed weddings where exceptional cuisine and seamless hospitality are at the heart of the guest experience. From refined drinks receptions to expertly served wedding breakfasts, you will play a key role in ensuring every detail meets the standards expected of a premium country house venue.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and discreet guest service throughout weddings and private events
* Provide refined food and wine service, including plated and semi-formal styles of service
* Present dishes with care and accuracy, reflecting the quality of the kitchen's work
* Demonstrate understanding of menus, ingredients, and dietary requirements
* Serve wines and beverages confidently and professionally
* Assist with elegant drinks receptions and canapé service
* Maintain immaculate standards of cleanliness and presentation in all service areas
* Support the careful preparation and styling of dining spaces and event rooms
* Work closely with the kitchen and events team to ensure smooth, well-paced service
* Anticipate guest needs and respond with warmth and professionalism
* Assist with room transitions between ceremony, dining, and evening celebrations
* Contribute to a calm and organised service environment
