Blueprint Subsea is an innovative company based in Haverthwaite, Cumbria. We design and manufacture a diverse portfolio of subsea products for the international offshore and defence markets. Our cutting-edge acoustic communications sensors, sonars, and diver navigation systems are at the forefront technological innovation in the field, and as we expand our team we are looking for a talented Accounts Administrator to join us. This role is for a maternity cover with a fixed term of nine months. The successful candidate should- • Be highly motivated to work within small team. • Be computer literate especially with the Microsoft Office suite of programmes. • Have basic literacy of SAGE accounting software (or similar packages). • Be capable of working independently with good resource and time management skills. • Be able to use initiative to prioritise and work efficiently. • Have a clear and concise telephone manner. • Be able to be entrusted with confidential and sensitive information. You will be responsible for- • Processing supplier invoices through our SAGE accounting system • Arranging payments to suppliers using Bankline Banking software • Creating Customer invoices through our inhouse Espo System • Bank / credit card Reconciliations • Monthly Supplier statement reconciliations • Monitoring incoming Customer payments and allocating accordingly • Organising confidential paperwork and maintaining a clean work area. • General administration. • Answering and forwarding telephone calls.
