What you'll do:
* Operate and maintain high voltage networks (up to 33kV)
* Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance
* Lead operational and control tasks, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards
* Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of safety and excellence
* Collaborate with clients and seek new opportunities for growth
What we're looking for:
* Experience in operational and maintenance of distribution systems up to 33kV
* ONC/HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
* Relevant safety qualifications (e.g., IOSH)
* Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
* Full UK driving licence
