Class 2 HGV Driver (Temporary) Location: Derry Pay Rate: £14 per hour Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00 Friday: 07:30 - 16:00 Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00 (Flexible working patterns available) We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Class 2 HGV Driver to join a well-established and values-led business in Derry on a temporary basis. This is a key role where you will act as a frontline representative of the branch, delivering products safely, efficiently, and with pride to both residential and commercial customers. As part of a multi-drop delivery operation, you will play an essential part in ensuring a first-class service experience every time. Key Responsibilities Carry out safe, timely, and accurate multi-drop deliveries Ensure all deliveries are completed "on time, in full" Conduct daily vehicle checks and adhere to all safety and legal requirements Load and secure goods safely, supporting yard operations when required Work collaboratively with the branch team to maximise efficiency Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business professionally What We're Looking For Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV Licence Full CPC and Tacho Card compliance Strong commitment to safety and regulatory standards A professional attitude with pride in your work Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Desirable Not Essential Previous multi-drop delivery experience FLT experience (with or without a current licence
