You'll be part of teams committed to supporting students with SEMH needs, ADHD, autism and other learning differences-helping them reach their full potential.
�? What You'll Be Doing
As an SEN Support Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
* Assist with personalised learning plans
* Support emotional regulation, communication and social development
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
* Promote positive behaviour and consistency in the classroom
Each day brings variety and the chance to make a meaningful impact on pupils' confidence, skills and independence.

* Patient, calm and reliable individuals
* A genuine passion for SEN support and child development
* Willingness to undertake training (e.g., autism awareness, SEMH strategies)
* Motivation to improve outcomes for young people
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
?? Desirable (but not essential)
* GCSE/O Level or equivalent
* A driving licence (beneficial for certain school locations)
