About this Role:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Development Administrator to join Fexco Property Services. The role of Business Development Administrator is to primarily provide administrative support to the Business Development Team. Other duties would include:
* Dealing with the Business Development email in box to triage emails received to send to the appropriate team member, head office department or regional office/operational staff to deal with. Follow up as required to ensure that the correspondence is resolved in a timely manner.
* Logging all new and second- hand tenders and contacts onto the Contacts Relationship Manager including logging deadlines and send timely reminders so that deadlines are not missed.
* Updating the work control listings to allocate work to Senior Business Development Officer (SBDO)/Business Development Officer (BDO) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) as appropriate and advising SBDO of their status on a daily basis.
* Updating Zoho (Contacts Relationship Manager) for new developments and site pledges/handovers as advised by the SBDO/BDO/BDM and Mobilisation Team and checking the Monthly On /Off listing is reflected on the CRM.
* Informing all relevant Fexco Teams when a development is pledged by a developer and in particular ensuring the Mobilisation Team have details of the relevant site.
* Assist SBDO with month end reporting and provide BDMs with reports off of CRM as required
* Assist with routine tasks e.g. PDFing Annual Budget Updates into Developer Purchaser Format and Adjusting inflationary percentages on associated 10 year NHQC matrices.
* Downloading Developer Plans to relevant folder /Ensure plans and documents from BDMs are saved in the folder.
* Assist with delegated tasks from BDMs, SBDO and BDO on an ad hoc basis
The successful applicant will work closely with Business Development and the brands to ensure Developer/Freeholder/Management Company, and other client expectations are achieved.
Some Responsibilities and Goals you'll own:
* Coordinating the transfer of emails and correspondence to other parts of Business Development or Fexco Teams by triaging all emails received.
* Liaising with internal departments/external developers/other third parties as required to support the BD Team and to ensure developer and other third parties' expectations are met.
* Maintaining the CRM.
* Keep clients (internal and external) informed of timeframes/chase for responses.
Must have skills:
* Flexibility to work on multiple tasks.
* Able to juggle working for different people with competing deadlines.
* Positive and resilient under pressure with a level head.
* Property experience.
* Happy to have a go at finding out how to deal with something they have not necessarily encountered before and/or apply past experience to solve a similar current query.
* High degree of interpersonal skills.
* Good communication at all levels of management.
* Excellent communication skills – Written and Oral
