Job title: Head Chef Work Location: East London, E20 1GN Rate: £40,000 Contract : Full Time, Permanent, 45 hours, Job Purpose: As first in command, you will manage all staff training, meet KPI targets, maintain high standards in food safety, customer service, health and safety etc. You will plan, direct and oversee the whole store operations. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Food preparation and cooking Continuously seek to improve the guest experience Maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene Lead, manage, develop, schedule and supervise the team Training and development of all colleagues. You will support and guide the whole team to achieve the highest attainable standards in terms of quality and variety of food Being fully conversant with the Restaurant operations and to efficiently manage the operation of all shifts. Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate Control costs e.g labour, wastage, PPE What qualities are we seeking? Minimum 2 years experience managing a kitchen/ Head Chef Someone excited by the opportunity to deliver the experience to our guests.
