Document Controller - Construction
Location: Hampshire (multiple sites)
Contract: Full-time
Requirements: Must have own vehicle
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Document Controller to support multiple construction sites across Hampshire. This role is site-based and requires someone who is confident working within a fast‑paced construction environment and comfortable travelling between locations.
Key Responsibilities
Managing all site documentation, including filing, scanning, and organising documents
Uploading files to the server/cloud-based systems
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records for all project documentation
Supporting site teams with general administrative and document control tasks
Ensuring compliance with document control procedures and standards
What You'll Need
Previous document control experience within the construction industry
Strong IT skills and confidence using cloud/server platforms
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Own vehicle and willingness to travel between sites in Hampshire
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with site teams
