Production SupervisorLocation: Ashby de-la-ZouchSalary: £35,000 - £38,000 DOEFull-Time | PermanentAre you an experienced Production Supervisor looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced joinery and woodworking environment?We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturer who specialises in high-quality bespoke joinery products. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and motivate their shop floor team while ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.The RoleAs Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring the efficient flow of work throughout the workshop.Key responsibilities include:Supervising and supporting production operatives across the joinery workshopEnsuring production targets and delivery deadlines are metMonitoring quality standards and implementing continuous improvementsManaging labour resources and workflow planningDriving health & safety compliance across the departmentConducting team briefings, training, and performance managementWorking closely with management, planning, and installation teamsIdentifying opportunities to improve productivity and reduce wasteAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, or Workshop Manager positionExperience within joinery, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, or a similar environmentStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent organisational and communication abilitiesKnowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvementA proactive and hands-on approach to problem solvingGood understanding of health & safety regulationsWhat's on Offer?Competitive salary packageCompany pension schemeOngoing training and development opportunitiesCareer progression within a growing businessStable, long-term employment with a reputable employerSupportive and collaborative working environmentIf you're looking to join a business that values craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
