DT Teacher – Sixth Form College – Birmingham
An Outstanding sixth-form college in Birmingham is looking for a dedicated and creative DT Teacher to join their department. This is a full-time, permanent position teaching Key Stage 5.
DT Teacher Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality Design & Technology lessons that meet the requirements of the curriculum.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
* Assess student progress regularly and provide effective feedback.
* Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Design & Technology department.
* Be part of an Outstanding team of DT Teachers.
DT Teacher Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* A degree in Design & Technology or a closely related subject.
* Proven experience teaching Design & Technology at the secondary or post-16 level.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The desire to work as a DT Teacher.
