The Head Chef will lead a skilled kitchen team, delivering a fresh café/deli offer for daily visitors alongside corporate hospitality and premium evening events in Northamptonshire. 13. Lead and manage the full kitchen operation.

16. Manage, train and develop the kitchen team.
17. Ensure strong food safety, compliance and kitchen standards.
18. Control ordering, GP and stock management.
19. Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional events.
