Clinical Pharmacist | Cardiff | Permanent | Part Time - 16 hrs per week | Free On-site Parking\n\nSpire Hospital in Cardiff are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join their busy team.\n\nYou will provide an exemplary pharmacy service in accordance with current legislation, accepted professional and ethical standards and clinical requirements.\n\nThis role is on a permanent part-time basis, working 16 hours per week.\n\nDuties and responsibilities:\n\nTo provide an exemplary pharmacy service in accordance with current legislation, accepted professional and ethical standards and clinical requirements.\nTo provide advice and support to consultants, other clinicians and patients ensuring the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines. \nTo advise on the safe management of medicines, ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards. \nTo promote a multidisciplinary, patient focused approach to the delivery of an efficient, high quality healthcare service.Who we're looking for:\n\nMaster's degree in pharmacy, or equivalent at time of qualification.\nYou must be a GPHC registered Pharmacist with no restrictions or conditions.\nPrevious Hospital experience, minimum of 2 years.\nExperience of applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient requirements.
