A look into the role
As an Associate Director within our Transfer Pricing team, you will:
1. Support Partners and Directors by managing and developing a team of high-caliber, knowledgeable tax specialists, and contribute to coaching and development to meet objectives.
2. Support business plan implementation and generate new business opportunities for the firm.
3. Build and manage a focused network to generate fee-winning opportunities and support on pitches.
4. Act as lead on assignments or support Directors and Partners in this role, ensuring team management and development.
5. Manage a portfolio of client relationships, providing excellent service with minimal supervision.
6. Invest in your own development, achieve objectives, and seek regular feedback.
7. Act with integrity and align with the firm’s values.
