Role Overview
Bank working arrangements are used to cover shifts and part shifts where, for example, we have vacant posts or unexpected absence or illness. Do you have secretarial skills and experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Standard Grade or equivalent in English? Would you like to play a key role in our busy Medical Records team?
Responsibilities
Clerical Officers provide general clerical support to the secretarial team to ensure that clinics, theatre sessions, reception services and ward clerical work is organised in an efficient and timely manner and that patient data and clinical notes are filed correctly and efficiently.
Qualifications
* Secretarial skills and experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Standard Grade or equivalent in English
* Compliance with the Induction Standards and Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers within 3 months of commencing the role
