You'll work closely with senior management, supporting decision-making while maintaining high standards of accuracy and control.
Role Overview
Prepare and review monthly management accounts
Oversee multi-currency group VAT declarations
Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and maintain fixed asset registers
Support cash flow management and treasury activities
Collaborate with auditors and external payroll providers
Assist the Head of Finance with information for strategic decision-making
Oversee an Accounts Assistant and support the wider finance team.
The Ideal Candidate
Strong management accounting background, ideally within a multi-entity environment
Experience with VAT, ideally European (EU)
Excellent Excel and system skills (NetSuite or similar experience advantageous)
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
Naturally organised, accurate, and curious about process improvement
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
