KS2 Teacher – Weymouth
Pay: £120–£140 per day | Ad Hoc Supply | Immediate or January Start
Teaching Personnel are looking for a committed and adaptable KS2 Teacher to join our team of supply staff, supporting a range of welcoming primary schools across Weymouth. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a difference in multiple classroom settings.
As part of our supply network, you’ll be providing day-to-day and short-term cover in local schools — ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to broaden your experience, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS2 in line with the National Curriculum
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff across different schools
* Manage classroom behaviour confidently and foster a supportive learning environment
* Adapt quickly to new routines and teaching styles
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
* Confident, reliable, and flexible in your approach
* Passionate about supporting every pupil to achieve their best
