Patchett Lodge is a 28-bed Care Home situated in Holbeach, Lincolnshire. The home offers residential and respite care in a comfortable, homely setting.
We are looking for you to work as a care assistant, making a real difference in our residents' lives every day. Your responsibilities include supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use). We seek individuals who genuinely care for our residents and aim to create a happy, fulfilling life for them. Some days may be challenging, but you'll laugh, have fun, and make lasting memories. You'll become part of our extended family, bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to our care homes.
We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care to build our teams with diverse people who can bring various life experiences to the job. We provide induction training and support, along with ongoing development opportunities to help you build a career with us. You should be a great communicator and able to foster positive working and living environments. We’d love you to love your job.
