Job Description
Primary SEN Outreach Tutor
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced Primary SEN Tutor to deliver bespoke, high-quality learning programmes on a 1:1 basis to young pupils in Barking and Dagenham who are currently unable to attend school.
You will plan and deliver engaging, tailored sessions across core subjects (English, Maths, Science) to help bridge learning gaps, rebuild confidence and re-establish positive learning routines. Many of the pupils you will support present with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH and other learning barriers, so strong SEN experience and a patient, nurturing approach are essential.
This role is ideal for an educator looking to step away from the classroom and provide meaningful, personalised support during the school day. Prospero Teaching will work closely with you to track progress and ensure each pupil receives high-quality, consistent support.
