Chef de Partie
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Salary: £30,000- £31,500 per annum
Hours : Typically a mixture of 6:45am-3:15pm, 9am-5:30pm and 10:30am-7pm.
Outside of term shifts are mostly 6:45am-3:15pm
Shift Patterns: Tuesday- Saturday (term time) and mostly Monday-Friday (outside of term time)
DUE TO THE REMOTE LOCATION OF THIS SCHOOL A DRIVERS LICENCE AND CAR ARE REQUIRED TO WORK HERE. PUBLIC TRANSPORT IS NOT REALISTIC
Location: Prestigious Independent School near Petworth, West Sussex - GU28 0NB.
The School is located at South Down's Lavington Park, a 400-acre Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

You also need the following to be a Chef de Partie
The ability to cook quality food in large quantities, whilst adhering to all relevant food safety standards.
Have a strong understanding of health and safety; be adaptable and customer-focused; be excellently organised; show great attention to detail; be a team member and enjoy success as a team; and have a flexible approach to work.
