How you'll make an impact
* Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team
* Own the month-end close, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
* Review management accounts and maintain general ledger integrity
* Build and embed a robust financial control framework
* Deliver statutory reporting and support external requirements
* Manage audits and act as a key contact for auditors
* Partner with finance teams to improve processes and reporting
* Support budgeting and forecasting with reliable financial data
* Drive continuous improvement across financial control and reporting
Why you're a great fit
1. You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
2. Strong experience in financial control, month-end and management accounts
