We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to provide high-quality support to adults and children in their own homes
* Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
* Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
* Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
* Implement behaviour management techniques for clients with special needs or challenging behaviours.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the supervising nurse or manager.
* All the training will be provided to fulfill this role.
