Our client is a leading international law firm looking to appoint a Corporate Associate to join its established Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure team in Bristol. This is a strong opportunity for a junior to mid-level transactional lawyer to become part of a genuinely international practice with an impressive cross-border client base and a steady flow of complex, high-value work across the wider infrastructure and energy sectors. The team advises on transactions spanning renewables, conventional power, mining, oil & gas, digital infrastructure and broader energy transition projects, acting for a diverse mix of corporates, investment funds, financial institutions and public sector bodies. The work is notably international in nature, offering exposure to multi-jurisdictional transactions and the opportunity to work alongside colleagues across a well-connected global platform. This is a collaborative and well-supported environment, with a reputation for combining high-quality work with a collegiate culture. Associates are given meaningful responsibility early on, while benefiting from close partner access and a clear commitment to ongoing development. The team is known for being commercially minded, approachable and genuinely invested in the progression of its lawyers. The firm is seeking a lawyer with around 1-4 years' PQE and solid transactional corporate experience gained within a respected national or international practice. Prior exposure to energy, infrastructure or natural resources work would be advantageous, although strong private M&A experience and an interest in the sector will also be well regarded. Strong drafting skills, sound commercial judgement and the ability to work effectively as part of a broader team are all important. In a market where quality ENRI work remains highly sought after, this offers an excellent platform for an ambitious associate looking to deepen sector expertise within a sophisticated and internationally recognised practice.
