What's involved with this role: Interim Social Worker - Adults Reference no: Dorset TCL 91829 Pay Rate: £27.22 per hour PAYE 35-37 Monday to Friday, normal working hours This opening assignment is for 3 months City: DORCHESTER Dynamic social worker with a strong value base and sense of person-centred practice. Key Responsibilities Undertaking strengths-based assessments, support planning and reviews to support customers to achieve their outcomes and promote their independence. Working as part of a busy team and alongside other teams within the local authority. Multi-disciplinary practice will be integral to the role. Experience: Experienced in completing written assessments and plans and making evidence based and outcome focussed decisions using proactive risk management within set procedures.
