Shifts for Transport Coordinator :
7. 08:30 – 17:00
8. Monday to Friday
9. Temp to Perm
Pay for Administrator :
10. From £13.50 per hour
11. Paid weekly
Main Duties of Transport Coordinator
12. Answering phones and transferring to correct department.
13. Assisting with the allocation of work to drivers and vehicles in WIMS.
14. Debriefing all drivers on a daily basis ensuring that missed lifts are logged on salesforce and customers are informed.
15. Ensuring that one-trip work is performed in a logical sequence and that drivers are directed to the most advantageous disposal sites.
16. Ensuring that drivers daily defect books are fully completed.
17. Ensuring working hours are logged accurately and in accordance with the union agreement.
18. Ensuring all paperwork is made available to the drivers as required including Sales and Delivery Risk Assessments for new sites
19. Analysis if a number of reports to ensure the depot is achieving set KPIs
20. Maintaining and filing fleet compliance records
21. Assisting the operations manager with drivers data on the FTA Vision portal

About You as a Transport Coordinator :
26. Numerate and PC literate with good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
27. Ability to work on own initiative in high pressure environment
28. Attention to detail
29. CPC desirable or willing to work towards
