Paid Media Manager – Hybrid (London)

The role in a nutshell
We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager who gets excited about driving sales for retail and e-commerce brands. This isn’t just about managing ad spend — it’s about building campaigns that cut through, convert, and scale.
You’ll be working across multiple platforms, experimenting with creative, and using data to unlock growth. One day you might be mapping out a multi-channel strategy; the next, deep in the detail of optimisations that push ROAS higher.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both the numbers and the narrative.
Where you’ll make an impact
* Running paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and beyond
* Balancing performance and efficiency — managing budgets with care
* Spotting opportunities from data and testing ideas quickly
* Partnering with clients to understand their business goals
* Collaborating with creative and account teams to deliver campaigns that feel on-brand and on-target
* Staying curious — keeping on top of retail/e-commerce trends and paid media shifts
What we’re after
* You’ve managed paid campaigns end-to-end, ideally for retail or e-commerce clients
* You know the major platforms inside out and love getting under the hood
* You’re data-driven but can explain results in plain English
* You’re organised, adaptable, and confident juggling multiple clients/projects
* You take ownership and like to bring fresh thinking to the table
