We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator (permanent and full-time position) to join our Livestock Identification team based at our Head Office in Moira.
Job Role
* Receive and process customer tag orders;
* Assist with the dispatch of tag orders to customers;
* Liaise with retail store staff regarding customer queries and stock requirements;
* Provide general administration support to the department as required;
* Assist with the printing and programming of livestock identification tags.
The Person
* Have previous experience in a general administration or customer services role in a busy commercial environment;
* Possess IT skills including experience of Microsoft Office applications;
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a friendly telephone manner;
* Be a team player, capable of working with minimum supervision;
* Ideally have experience of operating computerised accounting software;
* An understanding and interest in the Northern Ireland Agricultural Industry would be an advantage.
