Your role

Lead a team of Care and Support Assistants
:
Work closely with staff to provide personal care and support, helping customers build independence and confidence
:
Handle medication safely and responsibly
:
Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
:
Promote safe practices, complete risk assessments and manage safeguarding to keep customers safe
:
Create and update electronic care and support plans
Your skills

Experience supervising a team
:
Personalised approach to care with strong interpersonal skills
:
Recent experience supporting vulnerable people in a similar role
:
Enthusiastic and flexible approach
:
Strong organisational skills and basic literacy and numeracy
:
Understanding of relevant legislation and best practice
:
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
:
Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
