The role involves carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance (break-fix) on fire and security systems across a portfolio of commercial office sites. Systems include fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms. This is a steady, long-term contract offering consistent weekday work and a good work-life balance — ideal for engineers looking for stability without weekend or call-out commitments.
